Following years of experience designing induction systems for both rally and touring cars at world championship level, ITG offer a range of purpose designed air boxes to form the core of a super efficient air induction system for any car.

These optimised housings use their renowned Maxogen range of air filters in varying sizes. So, depending on the space available when the standard air box has been removed, one of these air boxes will fit the majority of modern road cars creating a better air flow, and providing increased performance.

The housing features a radiused induction trumpet feeding from a large diameter primary inlet ducting arranged to collect cool external air. The trumpet design recovers air pressure from air velocity, filling a plenum volume around the large surface area of the MAXOGEN filter. The radiused outlet of the Maxogen filter connects to a high quality secondary duct to feed clean, high pressure, cool air to the engine. The complete system is amazingly light, typically weighing only 800 grammes!

The "ARAB80" is a cost effective universal airbox which comes complete with a maxogen cone filter capable of supporting up to 450BHP. It has a cold air inlet diameter of 127mm (5"). The outlet neck diameter is available in a range of sizes with the additional option of a rebated spinning (making the overall length much shorter offering some respite),  both of which can be fitted to a range of silicon hoses to connect to the throttle. This airbox is ideal for tight packaging space and will perform far better than a cotton gauze or stainless mesh cone filter or short ram system. The air filter is removable for cleaning as with all ITG Maxogen systems. 

Please note that rebated spinnings (which make the overall length of the assembly approximately 25mm shorter) are suffixed with the letter "R".
