About the Role If you have a passion for seeing your creations come to life then Racinglines may have the right opportunity for you. We are looking for a talented CAD Design Engineer to join our busy team.Working within our small and cohesive team, the role itself will be exceptionally diverse, working on varied challenging projects in a fast-moving environment, from initial concept to realisation.Reporting directly to the Lead Technical Designer your prime responsibility will be to transform concept sketches into 3D Models suitable for manufacture.To be successful in this role:• You should be a competent CAD user, preferably in Solid Works
• Assist with all aspects of the design from initial concept through to project life cycle
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet strict deadlines
• An Excellent Communicator / Client Facing
• A high level of diplomacy and customer focused
• Exceptional Organisation Skills
• Work as an individual or as part of a team
• Flexible within your job role
• Working Knowledge of Microsoft Packages
• Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator would be beneficial but not a necessity
• Keen interest in Automotive / Motorsport would be advantageous In return, you will receive:• £23,000 - £26,000 basic salary (dependant on experience)
